I must be mad
My son has got this friend i think he is mad but every so often my son wants to invite him round to the house, well today is one of those days. He will be here for 2hrs and in my mind two hours to long. Its hard when your kids really like some one and you can't stand them isn't it. I feel really bad saying this about a six year old but from he comes till he leaves i'm always on edge. He's one of these that thinks its really funny to run into walls and doors. All the kids laugh at him and thats what makes him do it even more.
Lets just say when 12oclock comes and i'm closing the door behind him i will be glad and then i can relax.
My weekend was abit up and down, we had a great time when we went to Oxford to be with family on the Saturday but yesterday dragged. Not long now till hubby gets back, i can't wait to see him and straight on to leave for 2weeks. By Friday i will be buzzing.

Working nights n it was muggy n yuck. Apart from that....
Jax has a friend - also an athlete. They go clubbing and I pick 'em up. This friend is stuck to Jax like glue. She isn't as good an athlete as she was 'cause at 16 she drinks. A lot. Jax takes care of her when they're out. I said "You shouldn't drink so much" as she threw up out of my car. She said her mum and dad don't care (they don't) and she wishes I was her dad. If Jax wasn't so level headed I'd be worried about this friendship.
A lovely weekend thanks. Did Farnborough in the sun, so am sunburned, but happy.
Yes, our oldest lad has a friend we don't approve of, the mother is a bit mad too, which doesn't help.
We used to have a boy who lived opposite - twice the size of mine and I had to watch him the whole time as he once smashed a broom handle down on one of my boy's heads. I managed not to kill him. Unfortunately his parents were charming and the father was my solicitor. Wonder how hs grew up?
